- Consultation 30 days prior to Wedding Date to determine plans made
- Develop wedding day Itinerary & timeline

- Onsite coordination the entire day of - up until the wedding cake has been cut

- Assist with movement of Processional

We work with your vision to find the perfect location that works with your budget. Some features may include:

- Liaison between Bridal Couple, Travel Agent, Venues, Vendors & onsite Transportation
- Group excursion recommendations
- Coordinator Travel to destination for onsite management the week of.
DECOR DESIGN ~ full decor planning & setup
starting at 1500
Your ceremony and/or reception Wedding Designer!
Some features include:
- Personalized décor design development and recommendations based on your wedding style, colours, theme & who you are as a couple!
- Sourcing items and vendor recommendations to book any linen & decor rentals needed
- Discount on any Decor Rentals from our inventory
- Decor Budget Management
- Onsite decor setup on the day of (or day before)
Decor Setup & Take Down
starting at 800
Your decor details are planned, you just need a creative eye to look after perfecting your vision onsite.
Some features include:
- Consultation 30 days prior to the wedding date to confirm all the décor plans you have put into place
- On-site decor set up on the day of (or day before)
- Return to the reception no later then 12:30 a.m. to take-down and package up the decor for you to return.
(Take down at 2am or days after the wedding & returning décor items is not included, additional fees will apply.)
RENTALS

All service fees are priced based on that specific wedding's wish list. Mileage charges apply on travel outside of Regina, Sk.
