Kids Birthday Parties

We create personalized, extraordinary parties for you and your little loves! That include all the little & big design details from theme to signage to decor setup and execution. *Based on availability, min booking of 3-weeks in advance from party date.

Planning & Design

starting at 1500

  • Event consult to curate a theme based on who the guest of honour is - age, personality, interests, party location, etc.
  • Determine overall budget and allocation 
  • theme inspiration board design for approval
  • up to 12 Hours of planning that may include
    • sourcing venue (if required)
    • Theme decor design, sourcing decor & any rentals within overall party budget
    • sourcing outside service vendors (ie: cake, photographer, entertainment, etc)
    • planning activities
    • sourcing party supplies
  • Party Setup
  • next day Take Down

  • Invitation Design (digital copy, setup as 5x7 size - any prints & envelopes additional)
  • x2 - Custom Designed 8 x 10 Signs (to go with theme)
    • Welcome to the party (door sign)
    • Guest of Honour sign
  • Decor in Creative Concepts' inventory that can be used for the party theme / style, and food display (at no charge)
  • Custom designed T-shirt or Onesie for party person
  • Party playlist suggestions
  • Food & Beverage suggestions
