Shipping policy

• We are currently only shipping within Saskatchewan. 
• Creative Concepts is not responsible for shipping time. Shipping times are provided by the carrier and will vary by destination, shipping method, size & weight of the package.
• All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days. Occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock and/or backordered. You will be notified of any delays within 3 days of placing your order. 
• Please allow one week (7 days) lead time if your order is being shipped outside of Regina. This allows partnering businesses time to create the items fresh that are included inside.
• Please note: *Meal Add-ons are not available to ship outside of Regina.*
• Overnight & Express delivery is available, but if you are ordering a box, please keep in mind we will still need 7 days lead time . Overnight orders placed on a Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time - to maintain the quality of participating businesses products inside, the carriers can not guarantee next day delivery to P.O. Boxes.  Please select the pickup option, or contact us to see if we can make special delivery arrangements. 

• Boxes will be ready for local YQR $5 delivery drop, or pickup the day before your event

We are happily curating these special boxes for you to enjoy time with  your loved ones. Operating under the assumption that we will be able to  ship our celebration boxes with no delays or interference within  Saskatchewan. Of course, during this uncertain time should a situation  arise where we are not able to fulfill orders as promised, we will be in  touch with a full refund.
